White Magician return with a fantastic new album that is sure to set the world alight.
“Dealers Of Divinity,” is the eclectic opening number, it ventures into worlds unknown, sometimes bringing progressive influences to the fore whilst also mixing 70s influences together to ensure that the listener is thoroughly intrigued. The vocals weave a spell around the listener and ensure that there is constant demand for more. “Mad Magic II,” is a completely different kettle of fish, it contains some seriously groovy melodies, a twisting slant and soaring chorus that drives things forward. “Fading Into The Obscurity Of Ages,” shifts the peddle slightly, going for a more thoughtful, and relaxed something that shifts through the turnstiles and drives something into the midst of time.
“Magia Nostra,” snarls and grooves with fierce energy, pushing the boundaries of time for all to see. “Power Of The Stone,” shimmers and shines, launching proceedings into a glowing presence that is sure to capture the imagination of all involved. Finishing up with a dangerous melody in “Spectre Of A Dying Flame,” was the right choice as it truly captures the spirit of the band.
The album is out on November 20th.
