Sacred Self Deceit begins slowly, with discordant guitars, a blues grassy type feel, before moving into a pounding brutality. Limitless Fog of Anguish is brutal, from start to finish it moves and grooves, shakes and shimmers. Losing Humanity is similar, piano darkness replaced with grooving and brutal riffs and emphatic background vocals.
Thousand Years of Terror begins softly, with the acoustic guitar, before moving into complete carnage. A New Age explores similar themes. And The Circle Closed is epic from start to finish, from the finesse of the acoustic guitars, to the smoothe embrace of the vocals.
