“Left In The Dark,” immediately gets things going. A heavy song that contains a snippet of the darkness lurking beneath the surface. The vocals are haunting and set the scene nicely.

“Can We Pretend,” roars through the barricades. Demolishing the collective conscious and delivering emancipation through the riffs that soar onto new heights.

“Screaming Into Oblivion,” slows things down, allowing the vocals to truly shine. And shine they do. Reverberating around the listener’s mind, they dip in and out, turning the screws ever so slightly. When the heaviness comes in, it outshines all else. Beautifully done.

“Serenity,” turns and twists. A song that delivers a crucible to the forefront of a listener’s mind. Wrapping itself through the turnaround and bringing something intoxicating to the fore.

“Trapped,” gets the groove right, and sets off at a titillating pace. Brimming with confidence and sultry melodies.

“Dying Out,” finishes things off on a high. Bounding through the wraparound and roaring into the darkness.

The album is out on 28th May.
