“Hear Another Song,”comes in strong with a seductive riff and vocal melody passage. It twists through the screen and hits all the right notes. Room Experience are pushing the boundaries.

“Wild Heart,” saunters and grooves. Turning from the darkness to the light, with that added sense of wonder and passion.

“Disappointed,” ventures into a shred fest. A song that is backed by a mightily impressive riff and a soaring vocal line really shows off Room Experience and their skill.

“Strangers In The Night,” leads with the piano, showing just where the band are taking their cues from and ensuring that the listener is kept firmly on their toes.

“The Distance,” gets reflective. Room Experience dig into the vault to produce the blues.

“Shout,” ups the ante severely, producing a raging thunderstorm.

“Another Time and Place,” roars with energy and chaos. It delivers a thunderstorm into the wider world.

“The Miles That Make A Road,” goes for broke, divvying up some interesting shifts in balance, allowing Room Experience to really push things forward.

“The Night Goes On,” slows proceedings down slightly, and allows the listener to consider their choices.

“A Thousand Lies,” moves firmly into one direction, showing off its melodical connections whilst never losing the bite that has made it quite so promising.

“Your Voice Inside,” takes the hammer to modern sensibility, whilst doing so with a glove hand.

The album is out on 22nd May.
