Cover POWER THEORY Force Of Will

The American Power Metal legends return with a new album that delivers some seriously barnstormingly good metal.

“Morior Invictus,” moves into a seemless transition, it is powerful and graceful all at once and then it ramps things up. “Force of Will,” the title track is a raging monster. The riffs are something else entirely, the gravelling shape shifting changing mobility turns and twists things into a new vision. “Draugr,” is a raging rocker that turns and twists through the elements, bringing together new melodies and powerful soaring riffs. “If Forever Ends Today,” takes another soaring heat press, delivering unto the listener something greatly appreciated and then a roaring machine. “Mountain of Death,” shimmers into being, turning the screws slightly and then bringing it all together on the back of a roaring changing monster. “Albion,” haunts the solar plex, it delivers something refreshing and dominant, turning the world on an edge and bringing together elements that make the listener sit up and consider.

“Th13Teen,” is an interesting song, bringing together acoustic elements that shift and change, and allowing the vocals a way to really shine through on the back of some seriously grooving melodies. “Spitting Fire,” rocks the hell out, and delivers some serious groove and chase. “Bringer of Rain,” gets down toward a darker side of the world, brimming with confidence and energy. Allowing for exploration within the mind. “Path of Glory,” goes down the complete heavy metal route, epic guitar melodies entwined with a soaring vocal range. “Shadow of Man,” turns round and brings together the heaviness once more. “The Hill I Die On,” is a warrior’s song. It takes the power to the might and brings together some fascinating changes and growing confidence within the world.

The album is out on December 6th.
