“Leprosarium,”is a thunderous monster. A song that has an impressively groovy riff and mid section alongside a battering ram of rhythm section. The vocals are precise and biting. Northern Crown truly have achieved something special with this opener.

“The Last Snowfall,” takes a turn here and there, shifting the texture of the world into a darker shade of grey. The organ really adds a new flavour to proceedings as well.

“A Vivid Monochrome,” is doom at its best. Filled with soul and light, the song shifts through the texture of the world and enables Northern Crown to really bleed into themselves.

“8 Hours,” is haunting. A song that combines different elements of the sonisphere together to shape a perfect storm.

“Observing,” delivers a riff sandwich. A song that combines punch and pull with an interesting slant of phrase.

The album is out on 3rd July.
