What inspired the name of the band? What are your influences?
Well in the very beginning we started as a covers band, you know… Just some friends playing together and having fun. Then we begun to write some songs, and the things got more and more serious… After a few lineup changes and once we had a bunch of songs, we recorded our first album, the rest is history.
We have many influences… And each member have different tastes, maybe those variety is what makes our sound like it is… maybe the main references are bands like Iron Maiden or Judas Priest in one side, and Helloween, Gamma Ray and that kind of stuff in the other, but, like I said, there are many others. There are many different details in our music.
How do you approach song writing?
There are two main composers in the band… Lorenzo (singer) and Ismael (guitar). We use to bring a more or less developed demo of the song, sometimes with a melody for the vocals, sometimes not… so, we use to compose the songs alone in our homes and then bring them to the rehearsal room and begin to work on it all the band together, arrange them and give them the final shape, finally we write the lyrics.

Were there any themes you deliberately explored on the new album and if so why?
Yes, there are a concept that is treated along the album. And is about the impact that our actions causes in everything around us… in a very negative way. We are destroying our planet, we are treating each other like shit… If we continue like this, this is going to end up very badly. We are driving the human kind to the Apocalypse.
About why choosing this concept…well, I think is an important message, and is something to think about very carefully. I don’t know… From our point of view, if you have to write lyrics and you have to say something, you better use it to say something important.
How do you transpose songs into a live setting?
Well, we try to write songs and record them in a way we can bring them to live format easily. Of course, there will be some choirs and voices that can’t be there or some guitar lines, but we can play almost everything when we play them live… Is quite a direct process.

What plans do you have for the future?
Playing live with the new songs as much as we can and, well, the album has been released in Europe, US and Japan… So, let see if this could bring some opportunities from out from Spain.
