“Freak Show,” kicks off the new Kickin Valentina album and it is a blinder. A song containing ample riffs and boundless energy that really gives 2020 the kick in the arse that it needed.
“Rat Race,” rolls the guns and produces something magical. Turning through the screws it slams down hard, smashing through the boundaries of time and space.
“Lookin’ For Me,” summersaults through the turnstiles of time. There’s a real bluesy feeling to the song and a sense that the world is spinning alright.
“Heart Tattoo,” slows things down and gets anthemic. A big ballsy number that demands proper attention. A classic number.
“The Revenge of Rock,” hits its stride, getting the guns out and smashing through the turbine. A solid number that really catches the goat.
