Twist through the strands of time and you’ll find Jon Gomm, dependable, reliable and most definitely causing a stir.
On tunes such as “Deep Sea Fishes,” and “Cocoon,” Gomm makes the acoustic guitar come to life, it sings and and straddles the line between fantasy and reality, touching through a subtle variation.
Then there are the mixers and shakers. “The Ghost Inside You,” and “Universal Biology,” which deliver a subtle variant and make the mood a bit more contemplative and thoughtful. Whirring through the bridges of time, and pushing the boundaries out.
Finishing up with “Swallow You Whole,” and “Until The Sun Destroys The Earth,” was the right choice, they are suitably ominous, collective, thoughtful and resourceful.
The album is out on 16th October.
