“Desertion,” relies on the heavy bass tonal arrangements to get the listener leaning into listen, and to assess what’s coming. “A Second Sun.” is a brutal take down, moving from one area to the next, with a easy movement of slippery and sliding movements. “Strangers In Hell,” has an interesting groove, and a swaggerific riff. “Free Again,” dances and snakes along the pathways introducing something quite fascinating. “Wild Fire Pride,” snarls and dances across the pathway, bringing some huge vocal melodies to the fore.
“Sentenced,” has a fascinating acoustic intro, slowly building into a massive shred fest, that delights and delivers. “Heroic Return,” moves with energy, a pounding rocker. “Tyrant of War,” rages within and without, bringing something fascinating before the listener, taking the time to weave an intricate mesh together. “Storm The Walls,” is classic power metal, speeding through with a running rampart. “Towards Victory,” a blistering seething finale.
