“Six Feet Beneath,” kicks things off with a pounding riff that soon moves into a sweltering megamind, the vocals come in with piercing accuracy and bite. The perfect opening number. “Consume The Earth,” the title track weaves its way around the slinking measurements. The vocals are in contrast to the riffs, which smack and bite, the vocals soothe themselves into being. “Wide Awake,” bites down on the pressure and grows through the terrifying chasm.
“Mutiny,” weaves a dastardly image. The riffs snake through and the vocals bite and roar with precision and power. “Cold Beginnings,” slowly makes its presence known, with a melodical interlude before the carnage truly kicks in. “Soul Within The Shadow,” finishes things off, twisting and turning, slowly smacking the listener in the face.
