“Tooth and Nail,” is the haunting and frankly epic opener to the new Demon Head album. It twists and turns, brimming with confidence and light, shifting from one turn to another, pressing in on all sides and allowing the world to shift completely.

“Arrows,” hits something new, a darkened sense of power and light, grooving with the tempest and allowing the cataclysm to slowly unravel. A world in which temperatures have hit new highs and the pressure of time is cascading in.

“The Lupine Choir,” sways from side to side, shifting the turnpike and enticing the listener.

“In Adamantine Chains,” is epic. The melodies reach new points, turning through and melding together like a stream reaching a river. The vocals haunt the periphery, turning and twisting, shifting and shimmering through.

” Wreath,” slithers through the ground and builds to a climax.

“The Triumphal Chariot of Antimony,” roars into being with subtle textures and powerful glints of time and space. It rolls through the whirlwind and seeks out calmer waters. A fitting finish.

The album is out on 29th January via Metal Blade Records.
