Black Fate storm onto the scene with a grandiose saga in Ithaca.

“Ithaca,” is boisterous and powerful. Filled to the brim with grit and determination, it moves in synchronisation and turns the screws through the whirlpool before unleashing insanity. This is followed by an intriguing divergence in “Maze,” which is riff heavy. Then there are songs such as “Savior Machine,” which get the grandiose aspect right on point.

Other songs such as “Secret Place,” and “Reach For The Stars,” show off the band’s progressive routes whilst also imbuing the listener with a sense that heaviness is bred into them as well.

The finale of “Queen of Shadows,” and “Circle of Despair,” is perfect for contrasting the different melodical components of the band’s musical compositions.

The album is out on 23rd October.
