What inspired you to write and record A Solitary Plan?
The inspiration was sadness. I wrote when I was sad and I bought a great acoustic guitar. It worked kinda well I also wanted to do something by myself. I like playing in a band of course but here all my decisions were my own which was important at the time.
How did you approach writing the record?
It was recorded during a long period of time. Between tours and cuddling with pets. The title track was recorded around three years ago and I finalised the album before going on tour last autumn.

Are you planning on taking this record out on tour?
If there were plans they are all gone now. There are some plans in the back of my head but no use making plans right now.
Did Covid 19 impact your plans for promoting the record?
The record got delayed at the pressing plant. Most of the promoting was based around social media/web based media anyway so other than the delay, it is all rolling.
