“Camera Obscura,” starts things off. A slow mover that eventually gets big and bombastic, powering through the turns of time and ensuring the listener is hooked.
“Miss Muse,” turns through, burning with energetic riffs and sultry choruses. A song that truly hits it off.
“Daphne Blue,” turns and turns, brimming with energy. The acoustics are a nice touch and the overall feeling of the song is a positive one.
“Longer,” hints at something more. Something that could capture the listener and spin them through. A song that widens the gap and then brings about a turn and a thrust.
“Automaton,” turns in and out, lowering and raising the bar considerably.
“Who’s That Girl,” is a ripper. A fine finisher and a nod to some of the greats.
